Pipedrive integration
Turn every form submission into a Pipedrive lead for the matching person, with the submission saved as a note. Permissions and lead settings.
The Pipedrive integration adds a lead for each new submission, for the person matched by email or created from the submission, and saves the submission to the lead as a note.
Connect Pipedrive
- In the dashboard, open Integrations in the sidebar.
- Open Pipedrive and choose Connect Pipedrive.
- Pick your Pipedrive company and choose Allow and Install. You come back to the dashboard when it's done.
You can also start from a form: adding Pipedrive to a form that has no connection yet runs the same flow and brings you back to the form. One connection serves every form in the Ikiform workspace. See Connect an app.
Permissions
Ikiform asks Pipedrive for full access to contacts and leads, and read access to your users, to offer them as lead owners. It can't see your deals, activities, emails or products.
People, leads and notes
- People are matched by email. A new person gets the mapped name, email, phone and custom fields. For an existing person, only mapped custom fields are updated, so names and phone numbers your team entered stay as they are.
- Each submission adds a lead for the person, titled with the form name and the person's name, such as
Contact form: Grace Hopper, with the submission saved to the lead as a note. - Lead label adds one of your lead labels. Lead owner assigns the lead to a user; by default it's the user who connected Pipedrive. Source channel sets the lead's source channel, if your company uses them.
- Leads are tagged with the submission, so a retry finds the same lead instead of adding a second one.
Ikiform renews its access to Pipedrive before it expires, and renews connections that haven't sent anything for 30 days.

When it stops sending
If Ikiform was removed from your Pipedrive company, the card says Needs reconnecting. Choose Reconnect. If a submission has no email, see Submissions without an email.
Disconnect
Open Pipedrive under Integrations and choose Disconnect on the connection. Ikiform's access is revoked. People, leads and notes already written stay in Pipedrive.
