Attio integration

Create or update an Attio person for every form submission, add them to a list, and save the submission as a note.

The Attio integration creates or updates a person for each new submission, matched by email, can add them to a list, and adds the submission as a note on the person.

Connect Attio

  1. In the dashboard, open Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. Open Attio and choose Connect Attio.
  3. Pick your Attio workspace and approve Ikiform. You come back to the dashboard when it's done.

You can also start from a form: adding Attio to a form that has no connection yet runs the same flow and brings you back to the form. One connection serves every form in the Ikiform workspace. See Connect an app.

Permissions

Ikiform asks Attio for permission to read and write records, notes and list entries, and to read your object settings, lists and workspace members. It only writes to the People object, to the list you pick and to notes on people.

People, lists and notes

  • People are matched by email. Mapped attributes are written on every submission. Attributes that hold several values, such as phone numbers, get the new value added instead of replaced.
  • Add to list adds each person to an Attio list you choose, such as a sales pipeline. A person already on the list isn't added twice. Choose Don't add to skip it.
  • Each submission adds a plain-text note on the person, dated when the submission arrived.

Field mapping, matching by email and duplicate checks work the same for every CRM. See CRM field mapping.

When it stops sending

  • If Ikiform was removed from your Attio workspace, the card says Needs reconnecting. Choose Reconnect.
  • If the list is deleted, runs fail with a message asking you to choose another list.
  • If a submission has no email, see Submissions without an email.

Disconnect

Open Attio under Integrations and choose Disconnect on the connection. Ikiform's access is revoked. People, list entries and notes already written stay in Attio.

Activity, retries and roles

Runs, retries, Replay failed, pausing and who can manage integrations work the same for every app. See Activity and retries, Pause and resume and Who can manage integrations.
