## The backend for every form.

Point any form at Ikiform. Spam, storage and webhooks, handled.

## The form is just the tip.

The fields take twenty minutes. Everything under them takes days to build and never stops needing care. Ikiform has all of it built and running.

|  | Build it yourself | With Ikiform |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Server-side validation | Every field checked again, kept in sync with the client (~½ day) | One typed schema, checked at the edge on every post |
| Bot checks and rate limits | Anyone can POST to your endpoint with curl (~1 day) | Turnstile and per-form rate limits on every endpoint |
| A table, and a migration per field | Marketing adds “company” on a Friday (~½ day) | Answers stored as JSON, so new fields need no migration |
| Webhook retries | Your receiver blips and the lead is gone (~1–2 days) | Backoff, every attempt logged, then a dead-letter queue |
| Signed payloads and delivery logs | Proof that a submission was sent, and when (~½ day) | HMAC-SHA256 signature and a log for every delivery |

**Build it yourself:** About 4 days of backend work, then upkeep for as long as the form lives.

**With Ikiform:** One endpoint, about a minute to connect. Ikiform runs everything below the line.

## Your form. Your markup. Any stack.

Ikiform is the backend, not the markup. Point a plain HTML form at it, post from any framework, or install the shadcn component. No iframe, no embed script, and your styles stay yours.

- **Any HTML form**: Set the action to your form's endpoint. No JavaScript, no build step, any site.
- **Any framework**: React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte or Astro. Post with the TypeScript SDK or plain fetch.
- **Or the shadcn component**: One CLI command adds a ready form to your repo, styled by your theme tokens.

`contact.html`:

```html
<form action="https://ikiform.com/f/frm_contact" method="post">
  <input name="name" required />
  <input name="email" type="email" required />
  <textarea name="message"></textarea>
  <button>Send message</button>
</form>
```

## Simple pricing.

One Pro plan with every feature. Pick your monthly submissions and how you'd like to pay.

## A note from the person building it.

There's no company behind Ikiform yet. Just me, building it in the open.

I've written the same form backend more times than I can count. Validation in the browser, then again on the server. A spam filter. A webhook that retries, mostly. The form itself is the easy part now. Everything after the submit button never was.

Ikiform is the backend I kept wishing I could install.

It's paid-only on purpose. I'd rather be funded by the people who send real submissions through it than by investors or ads.

## Questions, answered.

### What will it cost?

Pro starts at $6/mo for 500 submissions and scales with your volume up to 1M. Every tier has every feature. Yearly gets 2 months free. Rather pay once? Packs start at $49 for 10,000 submissions that never expire.

### What counts as a submission?

One successful form post that passes validation and spam checks. Blocked spam and invalid posts don't count.

### How do I start?

Sign up and create a form. Test it from localhost for free, then pick a plan when it goes live.

### Which stacks does it work with?

Any of them. Point a plain HTML form at your endpoint, post from React, Vue, Svelte or anything else with the TypeScript SDK or fetch, or install the shadcn/ui component. The REST API works from any server.

### Do I own the form code?

Yes. You write the markup, or the shadcn component copies it into your repo. Either way you can change anything. Ikiform only runs the backend.

### Where are submissions stored?

On Cloudflare, scoped to your workspace so only your team and your API keys can read it. You'll be able to export everything through the API.

### Why is there no free plan?

Free form endpoints fill up with bots. Paid-only keeps the service funded to store your submissions and deliver every webhook. Testing from localhost costs nothing.
